What is your turn around time?
Turn around time varies depending on the job type and quantity ordered but is usually within 5 to 10 business days (Mon.- Fri.) from time of final artwork approval.

What if I need the product in less than one week?
We can usually meet the customer’s needs within our normal time frame but some jobs can be expedited.  We will do our best to complete it in the time frame necessary and we usually apply a “Rush Charge” to the final payment.

Will you ship the product?
Yes, we ship using UPS ground service and can expedite the service at the customer’s request.  ALL SHIPPING COSTS are at the customer’s expense and included in final payment.

Can I place an order without coming in to your store?
Yes, we take orders via email or phone.  All artwork is sent by email for customer approval before job production is begun.  A 50% deposit is required from the time of initial product order and/ or graphic art design begins.  Payment in full is required at time of pick-up or shipping.

What if I cannot come to the store during regular business hours?
We are always happy to meet with our customers by scheduling an appointment time that is convenient for them for discussion of their needs or for product pick-up.
